Deployment Manager (US)

The Role

The Deployment Manager is responsible for overseeing the assembly and installation of Audio Visual (AV), lighting, and interactive systems, including managing subcontractors and installation teams, coordinating pre-build activities, overseeing warehouse operations, integrating systems with clients and other contractors, and ensuring installation standards are met. The Deployment Manager will work in the dynamic world of themed entertainment, deploying innovative solutions for a range of entertainment clients, including Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), theme parks, cruise ships, and other unique venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assembly and installation of AV, lighting, and interactive systems for themed entertainment venues.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and installation teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of AV, lighting, and interactive systems.
  • Oversee pre-build activities, including equipment staging and configuration.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and equipment storage.
  • Coordinate client and site integration for AV, lighting, and interactive systems.
  • Collaborate with other contractors to integrate AV, lighting, and interactive systems into larger themed entertainment projects.
  • Ensure installation standards are met and maintain quality control throughout the deployment process.
  • Serve as a technical expert for AV, lighting, and interactive systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise to installation teams and clients.
  • Travel extensively across the United States and internationally to project sites for deployment and installation activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in a deployment or installation management role, preferably in the AV, IT, or Interactives Industry
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with subcontractors, installation teams, and themed entertainment clients.
  • Technical expertise in AV, lighting, and interactive systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
  • Knowledge of installation standards and best practices for AV and interactive systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States and Internationally.
